Chrono Collective Official Giveaway Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in Chrono Collective’s promotional giveaways does not require a purchase. A free entry option is available. Purchasing merchandise or tickets does not increase the chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, except where prohibited by law. Entries from Puerto Rico, Quebec, and other U.S. territories are not permitted. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Chrono Collective, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the giveaway through one of the following methods:

  1. Free Entry Method: No purchase necessary. To enter for free, mail a handwritten 3"x5" index card containing your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to:

    Each free mail-in entry must be individually handwritten and mailed in a separate envelope. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before all tickets are sold to be eligible.

  2. Ticket Purchase: Buy an entry ticket at a set price to participate in the giveaway.

  3. Merchandise Purchase: Receive bonus entries when purchasing eligible merchandise such as T-shirts, hoodies, or duffel bags.

Purchases do not increase the chances of winning. Limit of one (1) free entry per person, per giveaway.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

There is no official start or end date. The giveaway will remain open until all 5,000 tickets are sold. Once all entries have been claimed, the giveaway will be closed, and winners will be drawn.

Chrono Collective reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway period at its discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted live after the giveaway ends.
  • Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries submitted before the deadline.
  • Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZES

Prizes for each giveaway will be clearly specified. The current prize breakdown is as follows:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Chrono Collective reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The maximum number of entries for this giveaway is 5,000.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree that Chrono Collective may use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be required to submit a photo with their prize for marketing and transparency purposes.

9. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Chrono Collective reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, tampering, or violating these official rules.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway process will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Chrono Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chrono Collective is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues. The company is not liable for any issues related to the prize, including delivery delays or manufacturer defects.
